Eat Clean. Train Mean. Live Lean... JUST DO IT!

Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

No excuses this weekend:  EAT CLEAN, TRAIN MEAN, LIVE LEAN.... In EVERY choice you make, whether it's physical or mental.  YOU CAN DO IT. XOXOXO
My Workout for today:
*Cardio:  HIIT session, about 40 minutes, beach-side. =)
*Weight Training:  Leg Day!  At the beach!  Love working out at the beach!
*Clean Eats:  1.) Zain's Overnight Oats with kiwi, peach, blueberries, and raw coconut. 2.) Sliced apples with 2 teaspoons natural peanut butter. 3.) Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad with clean Cilantro Dressing and sliced watermelon on the side. 4) 1/4 cup homemade Hummus with sliced raw cucumber, red bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots. 5) Turkey stuffed bell peppers with homemade garden tomato sauce; sauteed kale and garlic.
*Water:  Aiming for 2 1/2 liters today! I've been averaging about 2 liters daily.  Need to bump it up!
